I miss plain donuts and crullers. Dunkin Donuts used to have the best, but they don't make them any longer. Skip the sugary coatings. Just give me a plain donut/cruller.

We've got a mobile donut truck that sets up at various places throughout the week that makes the best donuts I've had in a long time. $5 for 10 donuts with your choice of toppings (or no toppings if you prefer M_Six ).

Maybe its just me but when I see a handicap sticker on a car I have trouble deciding if the problem is physical or mental. I have a handicap notice for my wife that I hang from the mirror and it states remove while driving. Can it be that hard to remove it while in motion.

I actually have one permanently, for a non-visible qualifying condition. I truly dislike using it, for the very reason expressed above. FWIW, I do *not* use it about 98% of the time.....

She's always working the system. Not too long ago she got the city to build a fence for her through a grant. She's got the money to pay for those things herself. She’s such a con. She tries to get me to do things for her as well. I don’t mind helping a neighbor but don’t tell me some sad fabricated story. PS - I know I might sound mean, I’m not. She’s a bitch. |

It's where the term the "peanut gallery" came from -- a small audience on-camera of little kids.

I do remember this one: The Paul Winchell Show, with Jerry Mahoney and Knucklehead Smiff, but I think I only saw it in re-runs. |

Actually, my earliest memory of TV in our house was some program where children would place a piece of plastic over the TV screen and trace a drawing or something. 1953-54ish. I suspect that show resulted in a few ruined TV sets among families with small children!
