^^^Nice. I've seen owls flying on just a few occasions here, but I've never seen one sitting still. And I have several acres of woods behind my house. Bald eagles are easier to spot than owls in this area.

Not sure what the Loop is. I've heard the term, but I've never figured out what it encompasses. There's also Circle, whatever that is.

It's 3 blocks west of Michigan Ave, at the corner of N. State and E. Superior.

I was just now looking through an old issue of Digital Photographer I've had for a year or so. I was surprised to see this now-familiar pic in an article about HDR. They never mention in the article where this shot was taken. Now I know. Weird coincidence.

I'm sure someone from Chicago will correct me - but I believe it's were all the subway lines come in to downtown, and roll back out - creating a loop around the area of downtown. In looking - it's right off the line. I'll need to check it out next time I'm in town.

Ugh, I went to the local Jeep Dodge Fiat Chrysler whatever dealer with a buddy looking at Jeeps yesterday and I wandered over to the Dodge side while he was looking. I had a teacher with a 383 Cuda in high school and I lusted over that car for the whole 4 years I walked by it in the teacher parking lot. I could never afford such a car, even in the 80s when they were not going for what they do these days. But when I sat in this, it was like high school all over again, except this time I had money

A quick iPhone6 shot. It for once is raining buckets today, so a proper photo shoot will occur later
