Colorado is fantastic for sunsets and sunrises, particularly in fall and winter.

^^

Nice shot, Panicos. Reminds me that I've got a film scanner and several thousand film negatives to scan from Italy, London, Greece, Mexico, Alaska, and other travels over the years before I switched to digital. Not sure if your shot was film scanned or not, but your mention of revisiting Italy photos is what triggered this in my mind. Too much work/family and too much having fun with my new camera taking pictures, and no time left!

^^^Generally speaking, you'll find you get much more interesting images if you turn the camera around.

I knew I should have read that manual...

Its cold outside (already 6in of snow on the ground), i'm working late these days and my pregnant GF goes to bed early; results : I get bored and try useless things.

New method of manual focusing.

Makes sense ... I guess you want to edit them with a fresh perspective. Cool.

Here's one from last night, ISO 12800 night shot in Miami: I know it needs leveling, but I am doing SOOC shots right now with the new camera:

I thought T&S lenses could give you a long DoF at an angle, like your first pic, and also eliminate converging or distorted verticals. I'd like to see your first image with the DoF as it is and the verticals not distorted (if that's possible).

I'm not saying you should run out and shoot it, but just in general, it'd be cool to see a city shot with parallel lines in both directions.
