After eating all the gyoza, I STILL can't eat the ramen yet. Way too hot (not spicy)

Bleu cheese soufflé with toasted walnuts and hazelnuts
Recipe from Bruno Albouze on yt

So good! Great light and creamy soufflé with bleu cheese tang, and nice crunch and flavor of the toasted nuts.

House-made pâte sablée crust.

Fresh fruit for dessert.

Thanks! Yes I made it from scratch using Bruno Albouze’s recipe. I’m not cooking as much as in the past- too much travel and “life” stuff at the moment!
