The only G90 being delivered in October for the US is the Pebble Beach Auction Car. When the F90 was released the residual started out high briefly then dropped to 50% then slowly increased as the initial rush was over. If you have an order I would do a credit lock it on the 31st so you will have 60 or 90 days for your car to arrive to get that rate if it exists

If the residual is low no one will buy/lease this car given it does not add a lot to,previous generation
When i get the car in january most lkely and the residual is not 57% or programs are bad i will likely not lease it and pass on it
I have an M8 and it is not a big upgrade to me

I had M8 for 5 years and the interior is outdated and looks old
The quality is great but it is old whether we like it or not
The exterior also looks good but it started showing age given been the same for 6 years and the lci did not change anything
Having extra torque from EV iand less turbo lag is an upgrade of the power train in the new M5 as well
So overall it is an upgrade but it is not the best upgrade
Yes the M8 will be more nimble but i am not tracking my car otherwise will get m4 cs

Well you call M8 interior outdated because it's a 6 years old so yes this interior has been designed 7 years ago but I can say still it's the best looking interior over all BMW line-up.
And I can add the same comment to the exterior. M8 is the most beautiful and sexiest BMW ever made.
M8 is also nimble but nimble doesn't mean track only. Still you can have lot's of fun without any need to track the CS IMO. M8 is almost as fast as M4 Competition over nurburgring so yes it's really a nimble car.

6.36% interest.. outside of that the payment isn't bad but long gone are the days of 1-3.25% interest rates on car loan/leases.

Actually 0.00265 is a good MF for brand new chassis code. Just couple months ago the MF for G8x was highr than 0.00290

I agree fully... with everyone complaining about the high payment vs last gen..its inflation and the cost of money. Rates are less than what they have been but aren't nowhere near what they where 4 plus years ago

Oh yeah definitely.
MF used to be less than 0.0015 about 4-5 years ago. In FEB 2021 I got 0.00086 for my 2020 M8 which I think was the lowest MF ever offered

First payment, yes all included. I’m debating I will switch to finance when I get it or maybe even get my own finance. Lease and finance is super expensive now a days

Limited option? Only things I didn’t opt for are ccb, charger and frozen paint. And yes the lease rate does seem pricey

Did you get any kind of lease rebate. BMW Financial technically gets a $7,500 tax credit when you lease this vehicle. Some manufacturers will give you a $7,500 rebate on the lease.

57% residual for 10k miles is great. It's the same as M2/M3 and 2% higher than M4.
I guess they offered you 2k rebate correct?

Todays they don't calculate MF based on exact finance rate.
So basically 5.4% finance rate should be MF =0.00225 but I believe they can add 0.00040 and they do.
