Just picked this up as my first whey product in about 2 years. No bloating or gas from it. As clean as protein powder gets with only a tiny amount of sunflower lecithin which manufacturers use to enable disolving the powder in liquid. But look at the price! $30 for 1 lb.

Thoughts on this? 4.3 calories per gram of protein which is the target. Same exact 2 ingredients as the ultra expensive grass-fed isolate in my first link.

I'm glad you posted about it. I really like how easy it mixes, I've been adding it to my oatmeal and it mixes with a spoon, not many protein powders will do that.
Coming off of the brat diet due to a stomach bug my 4 yr old brought home, I am feeling oddly very strong, and lifting well, thinking maybe the crash diet help reset my gut biome and gave my body a needed rest.

My trifecta: both the unflavored pea and whey isolate contain 27g of protein per 30g of product weight. The hemp contains 15g per 30g.

I've gotten back into taking protein supplements in the past year, took a handful of tries to find one I like. My, new, all-time favorite: https://www.purechoicefarms.com/coll...protein-powder

Some forms of dairy don't sit well with me and this one causes ZERO issues. Other criteria for me is low/no saturated fat and cholesterol, which Pure Choice easily meets. Price is not the lowest, or the highest, but I feel it's an excellent value for the quality. Check out the ingredient list - it has the least amount of additives of any protein I've seen.

Oh, and the taste is excellent! I like chocolate and it reminds me of a homemade hot chocolate, very cocoa'y flavor. Flavor is very light though and not super sweet which is a refreshing surprise compared to others. My previous favorite from a flavor perspective is ON whey.
