Depends on how old the games are and whether you are upgrading from x86 to x64. I have had issues with 16-bit apps for clients. Consensus is that if the game was running fine on Windows 8 they will continue to run fine on Windows 10. There is still compatibility mode and where needed you could always use VM's to run your software on.
If you are talking about specific software check with the publisher or ask around on that game-specific internet fora.
