I don't think the car has to be "sleek", although some sleek cars are evil, but it has to look mean and like it means business, not like a melting jellybean. That's why the old AMG SL65 makes the list IMO, wide flared fenders, low, mean...

I think the station wagons are also "marginally evil", now, a CTS-V or RS-6 wagon is an absolute sledgehammer of a car, no argument there and I would own one of those before many many other cars, most cars in fact, but I think it's hard to do those well. Audi doesn't really flare their fenders and make them all mean with intakes and other devices, their MO is to make it as sleeper-as-possible IMO. The CTS-V wagon is a little better in that respect, but those yellow calipers kind of ruin it (and the roof rack especially) and it still struggles to be just blatantly evil IMO. I did have a CTS-V coupe roll up on me once a few years back that was just done so amazingly well, blacked out, lower, seemed like all of the suspension/wheels/brakes was upgraded, not tricked out just for looks (like super low-pro and slammed), but for real performance, just turned that car into something absolutely menacing. Haven't seen one that good to this day though.
