1) M3 CSL
2) Z4M coupe 3) e39 M5 4) M2 5) e30 M3 6) M3 GTS These are the BMW's I would love to own and drive. Lucky; I have a Z4M roadster and a M2 on its way...so I'm allready extremely happy

if it was just me and the wife it would be my old 2000 m roadsters, in fact I'm looking at some right now.
I am really digging my 435i ZHP. I have room for the wife, 17 month old and luggage for weekend trips. |

Classic: E9 3.0 CS/CSL. So perfect.
Modern: E39 M5. I'm not sure such a perfect "complete package" will ever be made again.

The M1. Still. It's the only true supercar BMW's ever built, though the Z8 rather lamely flirted with that distinction.

I love the 507 but couldn't drive it too much, so Z8 for me. I was lucky enough to spend 8 months around a revolving door of Z8s and just love them. Blue with red int and alpina wheels.

and I think the Z8 is butt ugly. not timeless at all as it has aged horribly.
