I had one for a while, but I flipped it for a tiddy profit when I realized it wasn't getting much wrist time...I wear a suit daily and for me, it just didn't work with a suit. |

The worse watch mistake I've made? Sold my Daytona SS Black face (Zenith movement). I miss that watch.

I would assume that it would be your wife whose preference would weigh the most in your decision to choose among these watches.
Why would you care what other ladies think about those watches when you are already committed to a special someone? Unless, of course, it's not your wife who you wish to please with this prospective watch...

I'm a professional watch reviewer. It's professional curiosity. Luxury mechanical watches is a male dominated hobby...I hardly ever get the opportunity to get an opinion outside of my wive's (biased) or co-workes (also biased) on watches. And they aren't prospective watches...I own them. Last edited by Daytona_John; 03-18-2006 at 09:47 AM.. |

Daytona What is your opinion of Jovial watches?
I have 5 of the earlier ones and let me tell you I always receive compliments on my Jovial watches. I'm glad they don't sell them in the states and only cater to Europe and Middle East |

I had a Breitling Crosswinds two tone that was 44mm and that thing was a beast. Sold it after two months. Couldn't handle the weight. I'm really liking Panerai's though. Maybe my next watch purchase. Either that or that Pepsi GMT II.
