Ah ok, he bought it in a rough rusty state and it's understandable that it took some work to get it to what it looks like in the vid. I'd have to see it in pics to check the panel gaps, bit difficult when its moving.

Ah... this brings me the memory of my first car, 1988 325i. Sad thing was i did not know how precious that car was at the time that i had it...
now that i think back on it, it drive sooo sweetly. Plenty of thrust and handled so well. Ill miss it forever. |

Had the exact same color M technik 1 car when I was stationed in Germany, granted mine was on BBS RS and had a slew of Hartge parts. Scrapped it and took all the good stuff back with me when I moved in 04.
At the time this was a common German engine swap but was transitioning to 24V swap much like the states. Used to see an E30 everywhere and over the years they have vanished. About 2009 all you could find in the base junkyards was e36, e46. Was sad to loose my source of cheap parts, Spain has loads of them but they tended to be 316 and 318's with m40 junk engines so no good speed parts, but had great rust free body panels. |

Nice video but I don't like the direction, too many close shots. Needed to see more of the whole car without too many frame changes.

Love the 333i! I've been slowly turning my 4-door weekender into a tribute.
Already has an M30B35 swap, 5 speed, LSD, period correct Recaro front seats, M-tech steering wheel and gear knob & Bilstein suspension. I have the Alpina wheels too, but they're not on the car at the moment as they need a refurb I'll probably end up going with Alpina B6 kit as it's easier to get than the m-tech 1 or 2 now, although I like the sleeper aspect of the car as it is |
