None of the stores here would sell today. I'll have mine as soon as they can process everything after 9am opening. Then I'll go stand in line to vote playing with the new Bold.

There are some cool themes already available as well as some cool background images. One good thing about being the last on the planet to have access to buying is everyone else has been developing. I just ordered my Seidio case and holster, as well. Had their hard case on my Curve and its bombproof.

got mine over the weekend couldnt be happier

First time using BB like it a lot better than window mobile which I been using for the past few years...doubt ill be switching back.
Mine came with free cradle and extra battery. unlimited 3G plan FTW

nice....and its also got a video capture feature that previous blackberries didnt have.....not sure about the iphone either but i know the first gen didnt have vid capturing abilities (from factory).

Just picked it up. I'm going through the process of updating all the software and getting my address books moved over. Swapped the SIM and played with it a bit before I got home. I'm impressed thusfar.

The Bold is a pretty solid phone. I just had a chance to play with my coworkers. Coming from a Curve, I think it is a very nice improvement.

I think AT&T has a 4.6.0.167 OS anyone have this one?

I have an 8830, and unless it's changed, it's so that it turns on and off at certain times of the day (say, off at 11PM and on and 7AM) because you don't want to be hearing vibrations while you're sleeping and have it wake you up.

Thanks...I saw that before but was concerned it was an AT&T software build. And I am in Rogers.

Anyone with a non-AT&T bold try this?

you'll be fine, just follow the instructions in the thread. if you delete vendor.xml file it works for all carriers. there were several replies in the thread about compatibility.
