Kinda off-topic but here goes:

I started a thread about it before but didn't get a clear answer. Can I, a civilian, volunteer for a taser test? I want to get it done legit but don't want the jail time that would follow. No, I'm not crazy.

YES. I've given this video to NYPD 2 minutes after I shot it... everything was happening very fast... window shatter, I look back see they guys legs from car, take my Cannon out, cell phone out... 2 minutes later NYPD was already looking for guy

NYPD Station is exactly 2 blocks away from incident!!!!!!!!!

So it's like this guy was doing it in their back yard!!!!!!

However, it is a very good neighborhood here, so PO's were really pissed this guy was up to this in early evening....
