Yes I know ... one is as useless as the other IMHO ... in the end a US Dealership with the help of my Canadian one screwed me over big time ...

Where can we see the full list? I'm curious to see where my dealer ranks, though I expect it to be in the lower half.

As an employee of Hendrick in Charlotte, w/o our great customers, this wouldn't have been possible.

This is the 8th year we have hit it in a row. No other dealer has ever done that.

I do have a full list, I will try and get it into a .pdf file for you, or post it here...

My experience at BMW of Houston North was great. If I purchase another BMW, they'll have a repeat customer.

Hmm, I actually had good experience with sales and service at Crevier. Certainly better than the hacks at Classic, now that I'm in Dallas. Their presence on this list makes me think it's just a popularity contest, not an actual rating of quality.

Not sure which part of NJ you are, but I have been extremely happy with JMK, bought 5 new cars since 2004. Needless to say, they weren't ripping anyone off on their 1///M allocations. Service guys have always treated me with respect and knowledge for all the M and non-M cars I've brought them.

There is a "point system" to be on this list. Customer service is not the only thing needed. Sales volume, after sales, CPO Sales, CSI, trainings attended by staff and MONEY INVESTED in the dealership are just some of the pieces.

Glad to see that my dealer in Ridgefield Ct is on there, as is Greenwich and Bridgeport.... Fairfield County CT is a good place to be for BMW dealer ships

No. This is strictly for the US market. BMW Canada may have something similar like a top 5 or something but it is a different market and they have different agreements with dealers. Canada why part of NA is operated separate- notice how the X1 is there and cars are packaged differently? Its different.

My service adviser loves 135's, and always tells me that he wishes they were more popular, since they don't see too many of them through there. They are always super accommodating though, and have even knowingly covered a stupid mistake on my part before. Haha, they even looked through my mods and made sure they were installed correctly on my first visit in there. I didn't end up buying through them, but when I was looking at cars on their lot originally, they were more than happy to work with me on finding something affordable, and I didn't feel pressured or anything. Definitely a different experience than when I owned my Evo and had to deal with Mitsubishi.
Agreed, I am super happy with the Erhard service center. I thought for sure they'd make the list this year. Oh well, anyone looking for a dealer in MI, Erhard Farmington is great.

East Bay BMW is my destination from now. I heard good things about then when I bought my 2009 335i, but never bothered giving them a visit. Finally dropped in and test drove the F30 there and had a chat with John Wolff - best CA I have worked with. No pressure, very knowledgeable and he was one of these people who "got it". When I am ready to order my 328i later this year I know where I will be going!

Hendrick BMW is definitely deserving of its ranking. I made an unplanned stop there in my former 550GT to have a CEL reset and diagnostics test performed. They where able to get the issue resolved and me out in a reasonable amount of time

BMW of Monrovia (Assael)!!?? How is that possible!? I would never buy from them from bad experience 10 years ago. Maybe its time to look into a BMW purchase if their service is back on par with Porsche, Lexus and Mercs. But never from #22.

Also good to see Performance BMW of Chapel Hill up there. While I did not get my car there, I did just get back from picking up my car from their BMW Certified Collision Center.

I ended up having my back m-sport bumper replaced and the quality is outstanding...I think it may be better than when I first got it. Paint matches insanely good and they even hand washed and waxed my car (even did the annoying m-sport wheels!)

Put a smile on my face to have my car back and fixed and knowing it was treated well.
