Ditto. Had an '05 for almost 6 years, flawless even after being heavily modified. Sold it after having a ton of fun and the practical side of owning 3 cars with a 2 car garage, kids, not enough time to drive it, etc. took over.

Very sorry I sold it. Genius that I am, now I'm trying to figure out a way to justify spending at least 2x-4x as much as i sold it for to buy a used Boxster or 911.

Then you go to almost any foreign country and they have husband, wife, and child on a scooter.

70k miles and was getting expensive to maintain. That plus kid meant I needed something less expensive.

Thumbs up

I loved my 1998 BMW Z3 Roadster (M52B28) - starting a family meant that 2 seats were no longer really practical - and although we had the C-Class, I felt guilty about having my 'hobby'.. so sold it and got an Audi A3 1.8T Sport.. that will be going shortly to make way for my new BMw 116d M-Sport (F20) which is due in Aug/September time!!

My old Z3 on the day I bought it:

2 years later and when i sold it - it looked like this:

more info and pics/spec here: http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum....php?t=1584000

I changed almost everything on that car! LOL!.. happy it went to a decent/enthusiast home though and it's still going strong.

That's the same car? It looks like a completely different color. First few pics look aquamarine and the latter look purple.

I regret getting rid of my H/C/I '01 Formula.

It was a mullet machine but it was fun as hell to drive. It made over 400 rwhp when very few street cars made that kind of power. I used to RAPE BPU Supras from a stop and a roll. Ah, the good 'ol days.....

BMW 2000 740i Sports.

This car told my breath away every time I opened up the throttle. It also took a lot of my money too.

Forever remembered and loved.

I never should have sold my 2009 Tacoma 4x4. I will probably have a Tacoma again as a 3rd vehicle.

I miss my RS4 too Worst part is, my friend (who I sold it to) doesn't bother driving it whatsoever. If space warrants, I will buy it back.

That's too bad. Mine went to a good owner who happens to also own a GT2 and some other very nice enthusiast cars.

That's good, much better than being trickle charged 6 days out of the week and then driven 2 miles on the 7th.

MKII Golf 2dr wolfsburg edition 1.3L 4spd manual.. First car I owned, bought it off an old lady in Germany with my dad and drove it out thru Europe back to my grandparents house by Montenegro. I was 15 at the time. Sold it off to a cousin who later crashed it.

One of the most fun, functional, comfortable cars ive ever had. I regret getting rid of it. I wanted to throw a VR6 supercharged in it before I got rid of it.

The cars I miss the most were the last two I sold...

2001 BMW E39, black/black full extended leather - would still be in it most likely but I had an itching for something a bit more nimble and didnt love the black/black. Loved and miss the extended leather (dont miss cleaning it... lol). If it was Chiaretto/Caramel I would still be in it...

1998 Z3 M roadster, silver/red I enjoy the Z4 more around town but I had a lot of history in the Z3, I had a lot of personal troubles starting about 2 years ago and I had this car from before the troubles happened to after they ended... was also the first car I ever did a roadtrip to go buy and it was an absolute blast driving through cali moutains on the way home

My Pro-Touring 69 Camaro. This car was a beast and a real head turner.
