I'd go Ferrari 250 GTO for #1 and Porsche 918 #3. Struggling with #2 because I'm not clear on whether an "actually usable" DD exists in the >$200k. It is below the price ceiling but I think Tesla P85 package model S would be an awesome DD

Oh. OK. It's a handsome car too. It's got the long hood, large headlights, side grills and short deck of the original 16. I wonder what it would look like with wide whitewall tires? Didn't Caddy make a car similar to the one you've shown a few years back? I don't mean the CTS.
EDIT: Oh, it's the XLR I was thinking of. It's similar looking until you look at the two side by side.

TY for trying to play by the rules. Of course if a car you just really want to note isn't $200K+, nobody's going to slap your hand. The Tesla is a great choice.

Yes that is the 2003 concept/remake of the old Cadillac V-16 they made back in the 1930's. I thought it looked quite good in the movie 'Click' though. IIRC, I think it had cylinder deactivation, down to 4cyl, so it could yield something like ~16mpg even though weighting 5,000lbs and having 1000hp/1000tq But I really just threw out that crazy concept out there because there are so many great sedans out there. Especially given the price point. I wanted to say a Manual E60 M5 / E63 M6, but I didn't have want to have two BMW's on my list lol. In the end for me, the McLaren F1 > any past, present, future car |

That's the car where the driver sits in the middle and just forward a bit of two potential passengers, yes?

Supercar of the 1990's. Closer to a hypercar in reality. It's still the fastest Naturally Aspirated production car even till this day. It'd give some supercars nowadays a run for their money with the right driver In stock form, with it's BMW V12, it made 620hp* and tipped the scales at just ~2500 lbs. Imagine what it could achieve if updated with current technologies, or forced induction. There are few extremely rare 90's street-able homologations that were never really tested (figures estimated), that could probably take the Supercar Crown: The Porsche GT1, Mercedes-Benz CLK GTR, Nissan R390, and the Toyota GT-One come to mind. Oh and the Dauer 962 LM Last edited by Ivan_Sal; 07-18-2013 at 01:22 PM.. |

You're consistent in your aesthetic tastes. Several of those cars look alike at 20 paces.

1958 Vette for me, White with red interior and red contrasting. Let's throw in a NRE supercharged engine for good measure too.
S65 AMG with a nice set of blingy wheels and a driver. A Ferrari F40 and a phone call to Tony Vargas with a blank check. LOL
