The gloves are a great idea...at least you won't get blood on your fingers when you change your tampon.

i dont drive with gloves, although sometimes i wish i did, i have some stupid disorder called palmer hyperhidrosis, which means basically my hands sweat like a mofo even if its extremely cold, and holding a wet steering wheel isnt my cup of tea

Actually, I really like the "heated steering wheel" on the X5 during the winter months. I will probably get a pair of gloves and put it in the glove compartment of my 3'er.

Ok. I am in the minority here, but I recently got a pair using my gift certificate. Nothing else good to buy, so I got the driving gloves. The fingers are a bit too long, but otherwise fits nicely. I am surprised, but wearing driving gloves does give you a better grip, and certainly helps on cold days. I'll probably wear them in the warm weather too.

For those who thought a heated steering wheel was gimmicky, it's a good idea because I see people wearing big winter gloves while driving and you can see they are a bit clumsy turning the steering wheel. So a heated steering wheel is not a gimmick but a safety feature!
