Massimo Mercanti Jack Irwin Magnanni Kenneth Cole Johnston & Murphy I personally own shoes from each of those brands since I'm not one to drop $300-$400 on shoes regularly. They also offer a nice range of dress to casual dress (based on your described attire), and I vouch for them.

Hopefully you find some good stuff! Their prices are extremely reasonable and the quality is far from shit, as I know lots of people solely (no pun) associate price with integrity.

Much disappointment with every brand mentioned for us guys this morning... Fills me with great sadness !!!
But at least we're talking about male fashion instead of a bunch of dudes talking about women's fashion lol... |

Comfort and style? Quality vs cheap price? Exempt from child labor? The problem with guy stuff is, something $50 looks like it's $10... It's not the same with women... Women can find something for $50, rock it out with some accessories or whatnot, and make it look like it's worth $500... even worse is for our shoes... I can't do Coke Haan, I just can't... They look like grandpa orthopedic shoes... I get they're owned by nike and made to be somewhat comfortable, but they are dress shoes... It's like a f80 - they weren't made to be comfortable... I'm probably the wrong person to ask... I have my dress shirts tailored if I buy it off the rack... Don't get me wrong, I love wearing a tshirt and jeans, and if I could wear flip flops or bare feet all year round I'd do it too... But I am particular about the stuff I do wear - it's not about the label or the price, it's about the fit and finish for me... |

Except for guys, it usually ends up costing a few hundo after tailoring and what not. lol I've finally figured out that i need to buy slim fit shirts and size up. I used to try to buy dress shirts based only on my shoulder width. This would leave the neck a little loose and look like a tent below the shoulders. Now i buy slim fit and doing the same thing puts the neck is a little snug, but below the shoulders is much more fitted which on some brands saves with the tailoring. Though i rarely wear suits or ties so it's not a huge expense. I do like a nice dress shirt with jeans. Most of my clothes and shoes are built for comfort.
