Scratch made pizza tonight. Aesthetics didn't work out so no pics, but it was good. Crust with Tipo 00 and semola rimacinata.

With all that heat, I wasn't hungry but I knew I had to eat something after two pitchers of ice tea ( W/ Adult additive.)

So I went to my garden and picked a cucumber and made a sandwich.

Tonight we went full Greek.

Sesame crusted pan fried feta cheese with sautéed honey, raspberries, cherry tomatoes and diced figs

Followed by traditional Greek salad with feta and home made dressing.
