I spent the weekend crawling around cutting, grinding, welding and such. I made some good progress, all the corners are laid out, the posts are all (except for one) cut to the proper height.

I should be able to place the appliances and make templates for the counter tops this weekend.

Thanks!

It's getting to the exciting stuff where it is coming together, and starting to look like something.

oh...I'll let it be known once I can finally produce delicious food in this thing.

I got some more exciting pieces, the extension for the chimney, the storm collar and trim. So I can get that put together this weekend. Hopefully I can have my first fire in it

I also got my pizza oven tools.

Hopefully my stainless steel doors and drawers will come in before the weekend.

Major milestone, FIRST FIRE!

I brought a couple of guys from work, we took down two trees, and they built a little retaining wall while I finished the 'rough' framing of the 'cabinets'

I cut the hole in the roof yesterday, and got the flashing and trim ring on.

I fired up the forno to make food for the first time this weekend, and it did not disappoint!!!

I made focaccia and used the tuscan grill to finish my beef tenderloin on saturday. Tonight, I made pizza in it, I am amazed by the difference between the bbq and th forno, Ill give a full review and pictures tomorrow.

If anyone is thinking about getting a pizza oven, go for it!

I made templates for the counter tops this weekend, I still need to make the cut outs for the sink, bbq, side burner and kegerator.

The first food to come out of the oven was a nice focaccia, it turned out great. I also finished my beef loin over the coals on the tuscan grill (after 2 hours in the sous vide), served with (and stuffed with) an nice compound butter.

The focaccia has rosemary, garlic powder, and coarse hymalayan salt.
