Since she seems to be hesitant to phone calls, I feel like I will directly address the question with her when I see her in 2 weeks. The problem is, I've never had to ask a question like this before with my previous relationship.

I don't know how to easily address this question maybe like: where do you see us going? i want to take the relationship to the next level? How do you ask such a question without being extremely obvious.

Hard to say; maybe a good indicator is, how intensive your chats are and then in comparison the real talks. If the last ones not into the virtual range...hm...man, she must be a super stunning kisser to keep your both mouths shut but I think, we could sort this reason out.
Asians are sometimes tricky to take, caused by their non-touchy raising and their feelings and expressions are not easy to read or to interprete.
I agree with Tara, give it a little more try but set yourself a limit just not to end up as the waiting idiot on duty.

Well, I am an advocate of being direct, but not confrontational. I'd probably go with the "I like you a lot and would like us to not see other people for a while and see how it goes" approach - assuming monogamy is your thing. I wouldn't worry about being obvious. The general objective is to make your feelings known. I don't know, I haven't dated in this millennium, so what do I know. I just think openness and honesty go a long way vs. "game" when you get to this point.
