Out of the box pizza with extra garlic stuffed olives for taste and Holy Water to wash it down. And where's the pepperoni? I definitely have to make some dough this week-end.

Sacrilège... A non Pizza Friday
 I screw-up, I went downstair to get the Pizza and there were none... Meanwhile wifey forgot it was Friday (weird week, Monday was a statuary holiday, I was at home Tuesday after a lovely Colonoscopy and home today as I never work on Friday) so she prep the Leftover Lasagna, she kind of save the day... |

Last night I did chicken stuffed with green chilis and cheddar, pasta, and a cauliflower steamed then roasted in the oven with a garlic butter drizzle. Best cauliflower I’ve ever made.

Filet Mignon with garlic butter.
Mrs Hubba’s almost world famous twice baked potatoes. Char grilled corn on the cob. Oven roasted peppers and onions. 2019 Niner Cabernet Sauvignon 70 and sunny on the back patio, and my best gal. |

Saturday night we went to The Palace in Santa Barbara for some cajun.
First off, you have to decide it you want bread pudding or chocolate suffle, those have to be ordered before your dinner. Life is uncertain, order dessert first! So we ordered one of each. Then I got the signature Dean Martini. I think they wave the vermouth somewhere near the mason jar the martini come to your table in. They had redfish!!! I just had to hear it was available and I put the menu away. With dinner, I needed a second Dean. Good thing the wife was driving, I could barely see the road once we dropped off her boss, had a cigar, and some Blantons.

Wife wanted me to make and cook a fancy dinner for her at home so I grilled a pair of lobster tails, a rib eye steak, a lamb rack, some mac and cheese and shucked oysters!
