I do two hours a day six days a week in the gym. And swim 2km per day. I just about stay the same weight every week, but that includes eating around 1250 calories a day 4 days a week. Friday through to Monday is pretty much free reign, but I don’t eat fast food or junk food.

You inspired me. I went the Mayo/crumbs route and wrapped in foil. Oldest son called me to rescue him from locked car and I didn’t get to open and brown them. Used whole breast too, so way too thick
