Tonight we are making a breakfast skillet (sausage, bacon, eggs, diced potatoes, etc) on our flat top grill. I recently added a flat top insert into my Weber grill. It has been working out really well. But if I want to roast something, or cook a steak I would have to take the insert out and put the cooking grates back in.

Haven't made pepperoni in a while, it's nice change.

Usual tipo 00 and rimacinata crust, with some all purpose flour used because I ran out of the good Italian stuff.

Basil, thyme, rosemary, oregano, salt and pepper. Red pepper flakes added at the table. Served with salad. Good stuff!
