I don't agree with roasting, but I do agree with the following:

http://bleacherreport.com/articles/2...uper-bowl-loss

"... 328 passing yards against a defense that had allowed only 185.6 per game during the regular season"

And Seattle only allowed a league low 17 passing touchdowns during the regular season, but gave up 4 last night.

The game wasn't over with the INT.

IF the Hawks D could have stayed on sides, Brady would have given them 2 points and the ball when he kneeled in the endzone. Wilson had one more chance to save the game then if they didn't just kick a field goal after a decent runback.

But, alas, you can take the boy out of the hood, but you can't take the hood out of the boy.

Definite possibility, but Brady had no intention of taking a knee and giving 2pts.
It would have been a QB sneak to try & stay out of the EZ.

I don't do Twitter, but this certainly smells like a smear article. Anyone else reporting this?

It was a bit of a dumbass call, though. Not that I'm complaining.

Wonder if any truth to Carroll over riding the call that came down. Hard one to live down for us up here.

They never showed that arm in the game like that.

But hey, Anderson Silva came back and won Saturday night . . .

Seems like smear indeed couldn't find anything from a reliable website reporting anything like this.

Indeed it was. I would never wish a gruesome, possibly career ending injury like that on no one. Hopefully the kid can recover...

On another note... I just read on Bleacher Report where an "anonymous player" had stated that he truly believes Pete and the higher ups did NOT want Lynch to be the "one to get the credit for winning this game". But they preferred Wilson to be "the one"Obviously we may never know...
Any of you Seattle fans buying this.

Honestly, it is all just media hype. Any team in their right mind would never put pride ahead of winning the damn Superbowl.

After reading a few of the post game analyses of the situation I do understand the reasoning behind the call now. With 3 downs left and 23 seconds to go with only 1 timeout it is a tricky situation. You do not have enough time for 3 running plays. You also want to leave the other team with no time left on the clock. Given those two factors, one of your plays has to be a pass. What happened here is that Butler pulled off an amazingly athletic and skillful play on the ball that only happens rarely.

It is easy to sit back on Monday morning and pick apart the decisions that were made. In this case they made a call they had practiced and planned for and came up against a terrible stroke of bad luck.

Yeah. I can see disgruntled fools out there creating conspiracy theories. If a team has THE opportunity t win the Biggest Sporting Event on the planet.. Twice in a row... They ain't squandering that shit for egos.

Hey... By the way... What ever happened to that guy Tr3vor, aka, Seattle's biggest fanboy that used to post here?

Not sure. He is listed as banned so he must have gotten into a little trouble I guess.

Oh well, I guess we will enjoy our ashes and prepare for next season. We have 7 draft picks this year and are currently the favorites to win SB50. GO HAWKS!

When you watch the endzone shot, Butler jumped that ball like it was the Superbowl. He made a play and won the game.
