Just because LEW swapped ships MAX doesn't have to do that if the 21 is on song. He wants wins and championships and AM is claiming a lot of things, Newey can work miracles only so far.

Average car compared to what? RB was the fastest car in 21,22,23 and 24 - losing out to McLaren mid Season and then back to being the 1/2 quickest at the end.

MAX has more money now than he can handle, I don't think that's that much of an issue. If anyone would go from AM it would be Alonso rather than Lance if I were his dad and getting 5 championships would be more staying power at RBR for MAX and Wache will make it happen this time around without those previous problems notwithstanding what Newey does, it won't be AM's year this year.

In 23 ? Positive . That's why MAX won 19 of the 22 races and that was a new record in the F1 history.
In 21,22,24 ? Negative , the RB20 was the 3rd fastest car at the grid .
And in some races the 4th fastest car , because the Benz car was faster.
In 21 the Benz was like 40 km/h faster at the straights with 100-120 HP more under the hood .
I won't talk about DAS , the Benz Party-Mode and LEW's brake magic toy.

In 24 ,the RB20 was like retarded pig in every race . The cars setup was a design flaw from race 1.
Upgrades transformed the RB20 in downgrades. That's why Checo nailed the walls...
But MAX took his 4th World Title in a disaster car (!)
