^^^Love Sheppard's Pie. In Wales I once had a fish version of it. Fisherman's Pie. Same stuff except fish instead of meat. Great stuff. I've always wanted to try to recreate it at home.

I usually buy my sausages fresh from my butcher but these, along with the ones I posted earlier, were a promo at the deli counter and on special. I was not disappointed. I had hot Italian before but those ones were flaming hot.
