LOL.... It started the G8x which is okay, but not great. (IMO) Then the M2 went further down the rabbit hole. This M5 looks like absolute shit. (Thus far) You're either being a fan boy or like the terrible design BMW has been putting out. Each to their own. This do not look like a 150k car. The fact these are "meme quotes" means enough people feel the same way and BWW is becoming a joke. I will give my full assessment at launch but it does not look good. I actually dig this surprisingly, it'll look even better when we see proper pics. I mean finally the M5 has a proper different rear bumper not just a different diffuser that can be easily confused with an M sport 5 series.

F90 owner, and I don’t mind the new look, though it feels a bit too aggressive for an M5 which is typically much more understated, but after the atrocity that is M performance parts on the M2, I’m not surprised.

But it’s going to be a hybrid, so thumbs down for me regardless.

I am on the fence on this one, I believe the car as a whole will look good, the back being the weakest part in terms of design, as on the i5 base model. This diffusor is, at least in these pictures, a little too much for the M5 segment IMHO. A M5 should be sporty, agressive but still elegant, unfortunately it looks like they forgot the latter…
