Love grilling chicken breasts. First bring half the day and than 5 minutes and turn (2 x each side) than 4 minutes on each side and so moist! Total 28 minutes

Seems like wood fired pizzas are popular everywhere right now. There is endless options in LA at the moment. This place is one of the best I've had.

When I finish my current drug trial, I think I am taking the money and buying an egg, even if the wife doesn't approve. By the time she dis-approves, it will already be home and hot.

My favorite is a nice basic wood fired grill. Cooking steak over wood fire is something else.

This was for Christmas.
