the gear shift, couldn’t they just invent a new design for M gear shift ? Or just use the original M gear shift ?!!!

Plus the M Decal in the I drive controller looks like aliexpress martial did not like it at all.

What’s a real shame is that the V8 on its own is about 50hp down compared to the F90… To me it seems like BMW made it a PHEV just for the sake of it without any real benefit.

God I pray they don’t make the M3/4 a PHEV.

Looks like this car will continue the trend with these new/recent BMW's ordered in black. I love the guys that dont really like the car but will buy it anyway and order it in black to try to hide the ugly. BMW relies on these people.

The exterior is honestly better than I expected, but the performance is very disappointing. It’s basically the sedan version of the XM with regards to performance. I don’t understand why BMW would settle for those performance figures, but I’m sure competitors are smiling right now. With regards to the interior, very disappointing! It doesn’t set itself far enough apart from a standard 5 series, and the first M car with a nub as a shifter! That’s not a good sign for upcoming M vehicles.

M vehicles are becoming more and more about styling and less and less about how they perform on the track and road. I can only hope BMW realizes this path they’re on is a mistake and begins to turn this ship around.

Isle of Man Green Metallic is BMW’s best color. But, Frozen Deep Grey metallic with black wheels is going to be the exterior setup to rock.

All of the restrained aggression within the surfacing will “pop” and also add some attitude to the M5.

Looks ok, though I think the previous gen's looks were better. It feels like it lacks some presence, though maybe in person that won't be the case. Kinda cool the price didn't jump much. Will be interesting to see some driving impressions.

Everyone is talking about the design, but they totally lost the big image here.

The car performance is horrible.
The F90 M5 is quicker.
The current M3 is quicker.
The current C63S is quicker
Even the Tesla Model 3 is quicker.

This is a disaster that had never happened in the entire M division history
