Hi,
as most of you know you see on german Autobahn much more Wagons than sedans. BMW offers also the full range of engines for the F31 up to the top models 340i and 335d x-drive. If that is not enough you still can use the Alpina D3 or B3 on base of the F31 wagon. As we want to have a diesel but without x-drive we choosed the 330d touring with PPK and I can confirm that 286 horsepower and 600nm torque is enough for german Autobahn :-)
