I think u lose big time , AMG is pretty damn good on straight its got more power , its lighter faster and has a massive torque compared to u , so good luck

I had a slk55amg and my buddy got the 335i stock just like you with 6spd automatic. I was faster, but if you reflash your ecu I think 335i will be much faster.
