Absolutely correct and an overlooked point on my part. In civil court, all you need is a perponderance of evidence. No need for innocent until proven guilty. The burden of proof is on the defendant, not the plaintiff. The fat bitch didn't have enough. Need an example? How about the trial of the century, OJ Simpson. Not guilty in criminal court, but found liable for Nichol Simpson and Ron Goldman's death. OJ pays heavily in civil court.

at 4:49 the defendent clearly stated a FACT....the add indicates the auction is for a photo only. I agree it's deceitful and I think karma will catch up to the bitch for being a piece of shit posing as a human being that takes advantage of unsuspecting people. But facts are facts and they are indisputable. If this were a real legal case, unfortunately I wouldn't be surprised if the outcome is different. Either way, I hope the defendent goes to hell.

offer, agreement, acceptace. In the agreement portion there must be undeniable conditions, mutual belief and non decieving sale of the product. The very FACT that she mentions the weight of the product and then claims it to be just a picture in extreme fine print is a feeble attempt at fraud. No reasonable person will believe a picture to weight at 4+ ounces. Furthermore no reasonable person will pay such a dollar amount for a picture less it's a work of art. In addition, counterclaims by the defendant after the fact, that plaintiff is a scammer from Nigeria and didn't pay up then threatened with legal actions, when plaintiff did, is equivicol guilt and circumstantial evidence that extortion may also be involved.

Scammer got served.
