It pisses me off when people assume you're juicing if you're a bit big. Even worse when they ask, and then don't believe you when you tell them you don't do that shit.

I can't believe how blunt people can be. It's shocking.

Plus if you've been around long enough, you know who's juicing and who's not. The body just looks different.

There's a guy at the gym I go to. I didn't see him for about 2 months of so, all the sudden he's fucking huge. Not just big, but 3 times the size he was 2 months before.

OMG.
I just started to go to gym and I'm bit worried that other people might think of me as some of the posts in here.
Hm...dang...

From the majority of these posts I would say some of you guys are easily annoyed...

When I go to the gym not much gets in my way or bothers me...everybody is respectful and even willing to spot and give tips if you look like a noob.

Only people who bother me are the kids or teens who come in the gym and fuck around with the weights.

+1. It is so easy to spot those peeps that juice.

i'm never really annoyed by other gym people too. it's usually a friendly environment.

three people i can't stand though.

1) people that work out with hats all the time...wtf it's indoors. i can think of this one chick that works out with this same damn black hat pulled down almost below her eye brows. idk why da fuck it annoys me...it just does.

2) groups of guys who think they're boss thuggin. usually have the stern faces and give out the cold looks like they'll fuck you up. they need to gtfo. nobody gives a shit if you're the shit at a gym.

3) people who chill on the machines like they're goddamn benches. oh, and people who don't re-rack the weights. so easy, people. just rack the shit when you finish your set. i had to hunt down a 40 from the other side of the gym because some douche took ONE from the pair near the part of the gym i was at.

I always wear a baseball hat when working out. Why? Because I'm generally sweating so much that I'd be blind without something to keep the sweat out of my eyes. And I'm not going to wear a headband.

As for annoying thing that people do a the gym, my number one is not removing the weight from machines or bars when they are done. If you are strong enough to lift it you are strong enough to put it away. The next person who comes to that machine/bar might not be.

This was one of my pet peeves when I used to go the gym. I could never find the right weights, and then finally I just invested into my own weight set and said screw the gym.

This is what I'm getting into. I don't do the regular routines anymore.

Might need to get surgery on my knee soon so I don't know if I should keep continuing doing complex exercises.

I don't know, it's weird. I'd MUCH rather work out at the gym than my home...something about other people working out around me and the music gets me pumped to push myself harder.

Also, sitting by yourself between sets in a silent and dark basement is depressing

Well, that's true, if you're by yourself it can get weird (unless you get into one of those kung-fu-zen training modes then it's awesome).

But me and my wife usually work out together, except she's usually running on the treadmill. Our gym room has a glass roof too, so we're not in a basement.

There's this one guy who always wears jeans, a polo (with a "popped" collar), and a mesh cap. He thinks lifting 85 pound dumbbells halfway up his knees is cool.

I love it when guys bench 300+ pounds and all they do is bend their elbows slightly and call it a rep.
