I agree with you that guy was being an ass hole, but IMO it wasn't worth keying for. It could have been MUCH worse. IE: hit your car and left. Perhaps, I'm too coy or too forgiving, but I worked hard for my car and consider my car a family member.

Parking so close you cant get in the door and have to crawl in the other side warrants some type of action, whether it be keying, slashing a couple tires, or knocking his effing mirror off. 2 tires would have cost the same as a door ding on that M3(if professionally done of course, not just some ding doctor). Truck in OP probably got out of his truck, saw how close he was and just laughed at the BMW.

How did he know BMW driver wouldn't have to leave due to some sort of emergency, total dick move.

I'd bury my buck knife in the dudes tires, if not the side of his truck.
