Don't hit your sister. I would ignore her, completely. Basically cut off all communication from her. Give her the silent treatment in person.

Also, next time she goes away, change your locks and don't let her in. Get one of your friends to open the door after she probably will ring a bajillion times, and convince her that you have moved out because she was such an annoying bitch.

do you want to sell her to my uncle? she can work in one of his factories in China, we will pay her well...USD$2/day (food and accomdation included), deal?

all kidding aside, i think there just needs to be more communication between siblings, just being angry at each other and avoiding each other to not face confrontation isn't going to solve anything in the long run, just talk to her nicely and express your feelings, no matter how much you don't like it, girls want attention, so give it to her and let her win sometimes, it will help you out in the long run and make things easier

my gf is korean too, and i almost always let her win in all arguements (not that we have lots), its just not worth it to argue, because whats the point? in the end, its all the same shit...just tough it out and take out the anger somewhere else
