Small poutine with left-over St-Hubert's peppercorn gravy with added mushrooms. Not exactly traditional but my tummy at this point doesn't care.

Kind of funny, no Vol-au-Vent in Ottawa Costco but cross the bridge and they have it in Gatineau...

Kind of like Vinegar (for the French Fry) at McDonald, cross the border in NY and they look at you like you are from another planet

How about mayo on your fries? Sounds gross and never tried it but I read Belgium and France like it as do other European countries.
