Second attempt with the gadget. This time I dropped the weight twice and it did a better job at scoring the shell. Not a perfect cut but I can work with it. I'll give it a score of 6 out of 10.

I tried soaking SP oats in milk overnight in tupperware container amongst other things, it was okay but I do prefer there and then cooked with my additions.
