Yea, air fry. 15 or so minutes on a side. Mist with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning of choice. Soak in water after I slice them. Removes the starch, and they crisp up more... or so I read on the internet.

Tuna steak on ratatouille. So good!

Pan seared tuna steak in EVOO with salt and lemon zest. Ratatouile with eggplant, bell pepper, zucchini, onion, garlic, tomatoes, cumin, coriander, S&P and EVOO.
