My husband goes to the gym 5 times a week and he's now old like hell but he still gets requests to participate in competitions for lifting and I do have to admit I enjoy the view (and the strength, we have a lot of furniture) but no way in hell is that enough. As a long term plan for a life with muscles I suggest the spouse medicates heavily.

Not at competition level but can't imagine getting old and not lifting. I'll be the old dude in the gym doing old school out of date exercises.
