I am annoyed at the different mirrors

Some add 10 pounds of muscle. If I stand just right while doing the lat pull down machine, I look huge and ripped. Then, when I am doing cardio, I look like an anorexic jogger.

I was squatting today and was about done, only had two sets left. As I’m sitting recovering for my next set, this nerdy clueless looking kid walks up to me and asks, “you mind if I work in?”. I was squatting with 315lbs and he just thought he would jump real quick?? I told him I had two sets left and he could wait, then he just walks away likes he’s never been in a gym before. Ugh...

He proceeded to go to the leg press, load it up with 45s and start screaming reps as loud as can in the gym. This is why I hate post New Years in a commercial gym.

Last Tuesday. Dude's gear is starting to kick in and he is in "the zone".. Goes grabs so weights and bumps a dud, which seems to knock him out of his "zone" and he does not say "sorry". Tempers flare and much like gorillas in the wild the two begin to square off with intimidating poses and poetry referencing the "fucking of ones mother". Eventually the guy that did the bumping pulls of some Sub-Zero freeze shit and stops everyone in their tracks. I kid you not the dude turned and simply said "mother fucker you don't know what I been through". We where all mind fucked after hearing that line. And I said to myself what ever the fuck he's been through seems to prevent him from saying sorry. The shit got defused and there was no fight but that line will stay with me forever.

This story reminds me of a not so good moment of mine.

I at the time was a sponsored tournament open racquetball player for E-force and had this dude shove me against the glad after he was running his mouth the whoooooole set and I smoked his ass for the match.

Blew him a fun loving bye bye smart ass kiss and told him to take his bullshit to another club, he then proceeds to feel the need to push me into the glass and my 6'5" 225lb body had a spontaneous reflex of introducing my racquet to the side of his head!

Gym rule number one, people need to check their ego at the door!

I know what pistol squats are... just never seen anyone do them on a balance ball with any type of weight

They made us do those in gym class in the ussr, no wonder my knees click now, and I'm unable to use a squat rack or press.

well what can i say? the new gym i joined is AWESOME! they have staff literally walking around wiping down equipment even tho it's clean and they're arranging the plates in order! 5lb on top, 10lbs under that, 25's all the way to 45lbs. it's AMAZING! i'm not sure if that's annoying or i'm just so use to people putting $hit where ever they want

surprised to report this as i usually don't talk to people while I'm in the zone but this older guy decided to get my attention because i was wearing an Affliction Randy Couture shirt. He literally slid my headphones off my head and i was like whaaaaaaa??? nice guy but dude, don't touch me or physically move my headset down he started to ramble on and on about Randy Couture and i really thought common sense would kick in where okay you've been talking to me for awhile now time to move on. after 5 minutes i literally had to walk away and say alright than dude...talk to you later!
