I've been teaching my kids how to fish for the last few days but because of the storms we've had here (I am an excellent fisherman!!!

) we've been eating a lot of Mexican food.

Nothing says summer like cooking jalapenos on cole grill and listening to the kids bitching about mosquitos.

The kids love spicy food, otherwise they would've starved to death by now. My older son is currently apparently vegetarian, but I hope he grows out of it someday. The boy is sooo damn weird, dunno where he gets it...

I will say this though...if all you were cooking on the grill were jalapenos, then I'm not so sure you can call it Mexican food....I suspect that strangely enough, there's a few more (albeit it subtle, certainly) ingredients that they add to make what they call "food".
