Can't tell if you're trolling or this is a serious post. You do know that in the 70s and early 80s, lines for gas stations were substantially longer than this and were the norm? Yes, believe it or not, there were much longer lines to fill up your gasoline powered cars and no, you couldn't just fill them up at home like you can an EV.
I get that this stuff literally keeps you up at night, but you're going to have to let it go. There's literally nothing that you can do to change the fact that electric vehicles are here to stay. They just are. There's trillions of dollars invested in both cars and infrastructure. But here's the thing, you're going to be okay. Go outside, enjoy your life, stop posting weird rhetoric on this thread. Nobody is going to harm you. Just breathe. If people you don't know are enjoying their lives because they drive an EV, that's absolutely great! Posting nonsense isn't going to change that. Just breathe, you're going to be okay!

Lol, already had a fine upstanding citizen swipe all of the public charging cable copper in a 1km radius around a mall a day or two ago.

I spent my whole life skiing and snowboarding. One important thing I have learned is never go to any ski resorts on holiday. Everywhere just packed with people, kids and cars. Stay home and enjoy life. No need to switch back to horses

Last place I went skiing was Avoriaz, a lot is involved and much easier to go to a warm sunny seaside place , put flippers on swim around easy getting great body tone then take things as they come without the regimented daily action of skiing.

EVs vs ICE in natural disasters: it depends on the type of disaster. That's the adult answer.
This article looks at recent hurricane experience with the two types of tech: https://www.autoevolution.com/news/e...rs-240835.html |

Does the situation get even worse when said state has some of the most expensive electricity in the nation and has electricity blackouts here and there?

Absolutely, even the rich who had their homes destroyed will suffer, I'm wondering what of the 'act of god clause' in the insurance also.

EV vs ICE doesnt matter in a natural disaster. What matters is you filled it up prior.
If you try to evacuate with a 1/4 tank of gas, youre fucked. If you try to evacuate with a 25% charge, youre fucked.

That's why I keep two full cans of gas in the garage, though it's unlikely I'll need them in a hurry in my neck of the woods.
