What gets to you?

I am an exempt employee. So any overtime that I do, doesn't mean anything, which is why I don't understand why they would change it in the system.

I logged my hours, so come Monday, I am going to check. If it is changed, I am going to ask.

Also, I left work early today because Friday. So now I am working from home, drinking a beer. Vacuumed. Did some laundry. Rearranged the bedroom. Sent a few emails.

He knows you work 4 and report 10, so he's compromising. I have to report my hours in Nexus every day. It's the one part of my job that I absolutely hate.

Same as you, it doesn't matter, I get paid the same no matter what. 53 hrs this week. But August - hmmm different story.

Why do we have to do it then? My company uses it for staffing justification, and territory division. Maybe your boss is trying not to hire another person to absorb some of the workload. Hiring is a PITA, and costs the company more $.

Maybe you're doing TOO GOOD of a job? Knock it off, it's not helping.

Mmmm, there's no way they'd be able to afford to put another person in my plant. I have my coworker who does all my paperwork, purchasing, and receiving while I do all the engineering with every tool used in the plant.

Being a contracted company, I'm limited. There's a ton more I would really like to do for the plant, but by Eaton practices, I am not aloud. Which is pathetic.

Besides, my cumulative time is 85.6423% Bimmerpost & forums, 14.3577% labor & lunch & smoke break.

I have mentioned this a few times, but my mother. She and my brother are coming here for Christmas and since I shut them down instantly when they suggested they'd stay in my house, they found the worst hotel ever. I have no idea where they are planning on hanging out with the kids but they are not going there, I'm not a chauffer and they are not borrowing my cars.

My dirt bag father asked if he could stay with me over the holidays. Luckily they just opened a hotel right around the corner. Personally I still need roughly 200 miles between us.

Isn't it great to have family?! I have no idea how I'm to survive this trip of theirs, and they expect me to take them to Canada. Cool, I'll take it, I'll drive them there, stay a few days, but in a different hotel lol. I'll probably take a friend with me and trash the city with one of the few who still speak to me.

I think I still need to remind him of the decisions he made. You abandoned your kids at the ages of 2, 4, and 6. You never helped my mother financially.
