The problem with your statement is that the driver who was being tailgated made the right decision to not get over as they were likely going to be merging into the same lane as the black suv entering the HWY. Staying in that lane for another 1/4 mile was the right move given the entire scenario.

Being as you drive in the state of Florida a large portion of time behind the wheel...I am sure you see this type of behavior ALL THE TIME...probably the worst state for people driving crazy or 10 MPH slower whilst in the left lanes on I75...

You're right, at 28sec they could have done everything in their power to appease the dick head sucking on their bumper. But they didn't, they chose to be a dick head as well and tapped the brakes.

I'll tell you one thing though.... i've never seen anyone break checked that wasn't following too closely. Cause and effect.

This. i agree slowies or even non-passers int he passing lane should be forced to walk but there was no opportunity here, the right lane was merging.
