Moussaka = freezer gift! Cinnamon, nutmeg, ground beef, potatoes and béchamel is such a great flavor combination.

Salad with arugula, tomatoes, pepperoncini, onions, evoo, lemon juice and s&p.

Lobster Ravioli in Tomato Sauce sided with Garlic Scape Buttered French Baguette.

Herb marinated pork loin, smeared with pesto butter before wrapping. Wrapped on the grill but off the heat for an hour. Unwrapped for the last 10 minutes on the heat to give marks and reach 145 degrees. Mrs H made a new corn casserole and it was delicious. Taters and gravy. Good meal all around.

Thanks. The tray is right out of the oven. I'll put a dab of sour cream on and a few shakes of Cholula Hot Sauce (my all purpose favorite) on each. The better 1/2 goes the salsa route..
