biggest things i cant stand are
- The guys that "Bench" a lot of weight and brag about it when really they did a half rep or their buddies had to help all the way from the chest. - The people that set their shit on equipment, then go use something else for a few sets and get mad when you move their stuff cause you are trying to use it. - The people who circuit train on the non circuit equipment. These are the ones that take up a bench, squat rack, cables, dumbbells, whatever else they think they need and spend an hour going between all of them. Especially when its a smaller gym with limited equipment. - Jumpropers that always jump rope in the walking areas. I make it a game to see if I can get by without getting hit while trying to trip them up. - people that get in the way of my line of sight of the spandex crew doing stretches all day. Heading to the gym shortly so Im sure Ill think of more. |

- the person who opens the sauna door and holds it open letting hot air out/cold air in while they decide if they want to bring their phone, water bottle, keys, etc. inside.
- the guy that circles the parking lot 10 times looking for a close spot so he doesn't have to WALK that far before working out. - people that don't put a lock on their locker. It drives me nuts having to check locker after locker looking for an empty one because people toss their stuff inside and don't put a lock on it. I swear I'm going to start carrying an extra lock and locking their shit in. - people who have 10 minute conversations with their buddies between sets and end up taking up a machine or bench for half an hour.

When your gym serves pizza on the first Monday of each month. Its crazy to see people workout for an hour and then proceed to stuff their face with pizza.
Or when people finish exercising and proceed to smoke a cigarette on their way to the car. |

Happened last night. I'm doing a few last sets of tri extensions on a stack. I complete my second set, turn my back and walk maybe 10 feet, read the flyer there as I rub my arms. Turn back (MAYBE 15 seconds), grab the bar to do another set, and there's no weight because somebody took the pin out of my stack.

The ones that stay in the rack DO have tethers. The rest are free-range pins, moving from rack to rack spreading their sweet sticky nectar all around the gym, cross-lubricating as many machines as possible

That's freaking terrible man.
The other day I setup shop on the lat pull downs when the guy adjacent to me was in the middle of a set doing tricep extensions. I guess I accidentally took his spot even though there wasn't anything there. I felt bad and brought the bar he was using back even though he offered to move to another area. We had a quick laugh and he's like "my bad man, I should've thrown a towel on there" It was a bro moment. No roid rage |

After buying the Ferrari for the owner, there isn't much left for gym upkeep/supplies. There is ALWAYS several machines with tears in the bench coverings.
I would find another, but I base my gym choice on proximity to my house. Anything more than about 1.2 miles away and I won't go . . . |

There have been quite a few in mine. I normally park in the building NEXT to my gym, and even that is now crowded at 7:00 at night. There is no business in that lot at that time. Zumba class they are lined up out the door at 7, for a 730 class. Walk back by later and can't even see in the windows, so steamed up. OK, when a butt rubs the window, I can see again. But hen I usually go blind from the butt
