Even though they didn’t disclose time frame, Who has 13 accidents?

The article didn't say whether she caused the accidents, just involved. But if I was a betting man (and I sometimes am), I'd say she caused at least half. Either way, that's a shit ton of accidents. I've always thought it's way too easy to get and keep a driver's license.
Seems she has a history of mental issues. How the hell was she working as a nurse?

"The defense has disclosed a number of prior incidents which appear to be increasing in severity, ranging from the defendant jumping on police cars to jumping out of apartment windows," Vannoy wrote. "The defense indicates [Linton] has been subject to involuntary commitments on several occasions and has hurt herself more than once."

There is so much wrong with this story. It's terrifying to think that someone, or system, allowed her to have patient's lives in her hands when she was an obvious threat to her own. If it was an oversight it's just as terrifying.

I definitely didn't have that experience when I did acid before I had a driver's license.

People like to make up all kinds of fantastic stories about acid because it sounds wild. I had a friend when I was younger SWEAR his uncle thought he was a glass of orange so he never laid down and sleeped standing up because he believed if he leaned over too far the juice would spill out and he would die.

I saw a film when I was in high school about this guy driving on the street while on acid and he believed he had the ability to change red street lights to green. So he went through a few red lights until he went through one that had cross traffic and he was hit by a car and killed. Was very dramatic to scare students so they wouldn't do drugs.

Anybody see Reefer Madness?

Hilarious!

I took acid once in highschool and drove with friends to a pool hall - my distance perception and speed perception was pretty out of wack. I recall expecting to see things different but really it felt like i had drinken a pallet of monster energy drinks. Young and dumb… thankfully there were zero issues. My first and last time trying a tab of acid.

Yeah, I did it myself a few times. It was fun when I was young. Never drove while I was on it. Mostly saw 'trails' and laughed a lot. Never thought I had magical abilities. lol

Back in high school a friend and I were driving around some back country dirt roads and drinking some beers. He was driving his own old car and at one point we came out of the woods to a pasture and he just slammed on the brakes in the middle of the road. Puzzled, I asked what was wrong. His response... Look at all the windmills! Aren't they pretty? And each one is a different colour and is making a different sound as the blades come around. Now I'm here to tell ya that there were no windmills in that pasture, none. In fact the only thing that was in that pasture was a row of fenceposts at the bottom of the slope by the treeline. That's what he thought were windmills. I asked him how many beers he'd drank and he said same as you and then mumbled that he MAY have dropped a tab in one, maybe. I took over the driving right then and there.

Never did acid but the mushrooms I tried back in college were pretty cool. Only did that once...

This is terrible, and I don't mean to be insensitive to the situation, but why does it seem like a large portion of Hollywood is basically an automaton hooked on some kind of drug, who eventually self destructs and goes off the reservation? I feel like a disproportionate amount of actors go down this path and it isn't talked about enough as to why that is.
