Congrats to all 31 recipients, I know as an owner this is a great sentiment and pride to make this list. I bought my last 7 BMWs from Savage BMW in Ontario, CA and just emailed Peter Savage the owner to congratulate him. Not the biggest dealership in socal but the biggest in my heart. Bravo again Savage BMW.

Who's with me in thinking "Centers of Excellence" has little to do with customer satisfaction and more to do with rewarding dealerships with good sales numbers?

LOLz, I see many of NJ/NY dealers well below the winners in that attached full list... Open Road BMW and Life Quality BMW being on the last page - exactly where they belong!

Kinda surprising that BMW of Manhattan is not on the same page...

All I can tell you is that Rahal has been awesome so far #13, and Sewickley drove me nuts on a regular basis #260. So from my perspective and experience, it is pretty damn accurate : )

But no ranking system is perfect.
