Thanks. French artist working in Asheville (Frederic Payet) for all 3, which are hung on a wall in FL. He uses a palette knife technique. We stopped in his studio in May and went back last month, which helped us make sure we really liked his work before buying.

It’s a 17’ wide wall that we filled with misc. crap when we bought the house in 2002. I took everything down when we had the interior painted 5+ years ago and it had been empty from then until last Sunday. We could never agree on what to do with that wall.

Just under two weeks in the Maldives, with theee days in Singapore on one end and three days in Frankfurt on the other.

I REALLY needed a vacation.

Did the Gardens and a Michelin Star Italian restaurant yesterday, and made it to an island resort in the Maldives today. Three days at the resort, then a week on a dive boat

Appreciate it! After a few weeks with it I don't think that I've ever been this happy with a vehicle purchase out of the box. The one or two shortcomings that it has are so easy to overlook because of just how fun it is to drive. It's a surprisingly good car. The practicality is just icing on the cake.

I'm suffering once again from G.A.S. (Gear Acquisition Syndrome). Last time it was with camera gear. This bout is leaning more towards tools of the Ryobi persuasion.

The cordless sawzall may be the best invention of all time. It slices, it dices... does it all, pretty much.

Bought it primarily to remove a bunch of weed-shrub root balls.

I've got the same one and bought it for that same reason, but it did come in handy when cutting up my overpriced titanium exhaust

Get some good blades, I found some random Dewalt and Milwaukee clearance deals at local Home Depot/ Lowes stores. The ones supplied with the saw are mediocre at best.

I've found the Milwaukee "Axe" blade to be one of the best on the market. They are expensive but they are worth the extra $$$ IMO.

Those are the best. Damn redwood tree roots killed one this weekend, but w/o it I'd probably still be out there.

Follow up on my post a few days ago. Finally got the new Amcrest PoE cam up. Electrician's snakes are God's gift to oversize old farts like me who can't easily crawl around in attics. The snake made wiring this up a piece of cake.

New high back chair for tailgating that’s very oversized, even for me.

It was finally time for a new laptop. My 12-year old 17" Toshiba is finally being laid to rest.

That's a long time. My MacBook from 2014 is still going strong.

I've got a MacBook Pro mid-2012 and it has decided lately that it will just shut down whenever it wants. It always starts right back up when I hit the power button and it reopens whatever page(s) I was on but it is annoying when I'm watching something on YouTube. Other than that it's been great.

Maybe that's a sign you need to upgrade.

PS - I turn mine off often and give it lots of breaks.

My 2020 iMac has been doing the same thing since the last update. I wonder if the update screwed something up.

I haven't been able to update mine (too old) for a while so pretty sure Buug959 can't update his either since it's older than mine.
